We don't host or permit weddings, receptions, wedding parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, pre-wedding bridal or groom preperations, wedding photography, or any special events.

No, we have a minimum two-night booking policy. One-night reservations are not accepted.

Yes, we are pet friendly (each pet is subject to a pet fee). Please see our Pet Policy section under our Policies for more information.

Yes, High Tide (Cottage #1), Low Tide (Cottage #2) & Lighthouse Keeper (Cottage #3), each have their own private hot tub.

Mud Piddock (Cottage #4) & Sandstone (Cottage #5) do not have hot tubs.

Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

Check-out is at 11:00 am. We cannot accomodate late check-outs. 

When you arrive, please come to the check-in office located on the right side of the driveway. We will meet you, take your payment, & get you checked into your cottage. 

If you require a late check-in, this must be arranged in advance (preferably, at the time of booking). 

Please refer to our Policies for our payment & cancellation policies. 

Additional guests beyond the stated maximum occupancy are not permitted.

High Tide (Cottage #1): 4 people - 1 queen bed, 1 pull-out couch

Low Tide (Cottage #2): 4 people - 2 queen beds

Lighthouse Keeper (Cottage #3): 6 people - 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, 1 pull-out couch

Mud Piddock (Cottage #4): 6 people - 2 queen beds, one pull-out couch

Sandstone (Cottage #5): 6 people - 2 queen beds, one pull-out couch

The bedrooms will have all beds made with premium linens. Hangers & a fan are provided. 

The bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, face cloths, hand towels, a bathmat, bath towels, and fundy mud towels. 

The kitchens all have a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, glassware, pots, & pans. We also include ground coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, paper towel, tinfoil, dish soap, and all purpose cleaner.

The living area has satellite TV & an electric fireplace. 

On the patios, you will find two adirondack chairs, & a propane BBQ.

On the side/front of each cottage, a picnic table, & a firepit with four adirondack chairs.

Hot tubs, are inculded with High Tide (Cottage #1), Low Tide (Cottage #2) & Lighthouse Keeper (Cottage #3), each cottage has its own private hot tub. Mud Piddock (Cottage #4) & Sandstone (Cottage #5) do not have hot tubs.

We also have a washer & dryer in our office for guest use, available upon request.

Fire wood for the fire pits is included from June 1st to September 30th. Fire wood can be purchased from October 1st to October 31st & April 1st to May 31st. 

Mud Piddock (Cottage #4) & Sandstone (Cottage #5) are both two-bedroom cottages and have the same layout. Both are 720 square feet  in size.

Low Tide (Cottage #2) & Lighthouse Keeper (Cottage #3) are both two-bedroom cottages and have the same layout. However, Cottage #2 has 2 queen beds and sleeps 4 people. Cottage #3 has 1 queen bed, 2 single beds, and 1 pullout couch and sleeps 6 people. Both are 600 square feet in size.

High Tide (Cottage #1) is a one-bedroom with 1 queen bed and a pullout couch and sleeps 4 people. It's our barrier free cottage. Cottage #1's bedroom & bathroom are much larger than Cottage #2 and Cottage #3. It is 600 square feet in size.

Yes, all five cottages have a view of the Bay of Fundy.

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate an early check in or late check out due to our housekeeping schedule. We have back-to-back bookings during our peak season months. 

We are located directly beside Burntcoat Head Park, it is less than a 2 minute walk from each of our cottages.

We do not provide housekeeping services during your stay. However, if you are staying for an extended period of time and wish to change your towels or linens, we will bring you fresh towels/linens. We also have a washer and dryer in our office for guest use, available upon request.

Wood and kindling for the fire pits is included from June 1st to September 30th. 

Wood and kindling can be purchased from October 1st to October 31st & from April 1st to May 31st on site. 

Visitors are allowed at the property upon approval of management. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay in the cottages overnight, and use the hot tubs.
