Nestled next to the Burncoat Historical Lighthouse on Burncoat Head, our spacious cottages have beach access and when the tide is low you can walk on the ocean floor.
We are at the exact location of the highest recorded tides in the world, as recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Nearby as the tide comes in you can watch a tidal bore, as 14 million tons of water pour into the bay every 12 hours, it is an amazing phenomenon to see.
