Cancellation Policy
A credit card number is required for confirmation of your booking.
For reservations of less than one week, guests must give 72 hours notice of cancellation.
Any cancellations made past the 72 hours will be charged 50% of the total invoice. No Shows will be charged in full.
For reservations of a week or more, guests must give 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Any cancellation made past the 2 weeks will be charged 50% of the total invoice. No Shows will be charged in full.

Two Bedroom Cottage: $180/night based on quad occupancy
Spring & Fall Rates - March, April, October & November:
One Bedroom Cottage: $120/night based on double occupancy
Two Bedroom Cottage: $160/night based on quad occupancy
Winter Rates - January, February & December:
One Bedroom Cottage: $110/night based on double occupancy
Two Bedeoom Cottage: $145/night based on quad occupancy
All Seasons, $15 per additional person.
